To give you the best experience with Triangle Dreamz products, your concerns are taken very seriously, with the appropriate sense of urgency, attention and empathy. Instead of reacting defensively, we commit to resolving your issue or request with urgency, clarity, and to your complete satisfaction. We provide honest responses, and do not make promises we cannot keep. We conduct ourselves with integrity.



All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you.

Domestic Value/Standard shipping is free (addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses). Expedited or rush shipping is available. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

International shipping is available based on actual shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Triangle Dreamz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Return and Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.  

In order to return an item, you must first obtain a return authorization by emailing Please include your order info, why you are requesting a return, and if you want a replacement or a refund.


Conditions for Returns

In order for an item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item was purchased from this site in the last 14 days.

Please note that the following products cannot be returned:

  • Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Products such as face masks which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.


Returning An Item

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product to Triangle Dreamz. You should send the item to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
